- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).
- Solar panels, inverters, batteries, or electrical appliances once installed.
- CCTV/security equipment after activation or installation.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

4. Refund Method

- Refunds are usually completed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

- Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
